More Posters!
On Tuesday, March 18, Dr. Linda Van Keimpema, from Imperial College, came to speak to the Elite Scientists about Sickle cell anemia in anticipation of the students creating a poster for the Great Exhibition Road Festival 2025. It was a very informative talk about the disease.
We had Louisa Theresa Thompson join us online. She has Sickle cell anemia and spoke about what it is like to have the condition.
