William Perkin's Sixth Form Open Evening for prospective applicants for entry in September 2021 will take place on Thursday 19th November 2020.
This year's Open Evening will be entirely virtual (online) and we will not be able to host anyone on the school site.
The 6th form virtual Open Evening is now live.
The school is re-opening to all students in September in accordance with the latest government guidance (see DFE guidance) .
Risk assessments have been undertaken and precautions taken to make the school site as safe as possible. The Trust’s overall Risk Assessment can be found here and an Annexe to the Behaviour Policy summarising the behaviour expectations of students during the period of recovery from the Covid-19 epidemic, can be found on the last page of the Trust Behaviour Policy here.
The school governors have approved the school’s risk assessment which has been undertaken to minimise risks to all students and staff on return to school. The school’s updated risk assessment can be found here.

Special arrangements were made for the issue of GCSE Results in the light of Covid-19. Students collected their results from school on Thursday 20th August, where a team of staff was available to support students with the Post-16 application process including their enrolment into the William Perkin Sixth Form.
