The school is now closed for all students except those attending our Study Hub for the children of key workers and others who qualify (see DFE guidance) .
Online provision has been set up for all students to use to ensure a level of continuity in their studies. Full guidance on this provision was issued to parents via email on Thursday 19th March. Links to Copia e-Learning and other online tools are provided at the top of this page.
As yet there is no guidance from Ofqual or our Examination boards regarding the suspension of public examinations in the summer. However, we would wish to emphasise the importance of students continuing to prepare as normal for the successful completion of their courses. This will ensure that they are well placed for transition onto the next level of course-offer after Year 11 or Year 13 irrespective of the interim system which is used this year as part of this process.
Please see the following frequently asked questions regarding the steps which address the key concerns which parents have raised. These FAQs will be updated as new information becomes available.
