We believe that every individual has the capacity to make a positive contribution to the world as they engage intelligently and recognise their God-given gifts.
This year, the 6th form open evening will take place on Thursday 18th November between 6pm and 8:30pm. This is the perfect opportunity for you to find out more about our post-16 offer at William Perkin, to take a tour of the school and to meet the Key Stage 5 teachers to explore the courses you are interested in studying. You will have the opportunity to hear about our scholars programmes, offering specialist provision and support for students interested in pursuing a career in engineering, medicine, linguistics or humanities, as well as for those students intending to apply for Oxbridge. You will also find out more about our extensive wider- and super-curricular offer, known as the CASE programme, and our subject lecture series.
We encourage all students to visit, both existing Year 11 students and external applicants, as it is very important for you to get an insight into life as a William Perkin sixth former.
Tickets for the event will shortly be available via our website.
If you would like to take a 20-minute tour of the building on the morning of 5th or 6th October, you will need to book a ticket for one of our open morning tours.
Please note that visitors will not permitted to enter any classrooms. All visitors must have a ticket, so please do ensure you book a separate ticket for all members of your party, including any children you will need to bring with you on the day. Any visitors without a ticket will be refused entry.
Please note the time of your booking carefully as your ticket will only grant you access to a tour at the time slot booked.
